Located in the heart of Wetaskiwin’s Main Street, our century-old building is a unique and friendly gathering place for all of your festive celebrations, receptions, or meetings. We offer usage of our main floor Larson Gallery for groups of up to 100 people.

Usage Rates

Larson Gallary:

Free for guests to use during regular business hours, we ask that you let us know ahead of time if you are planning on coming to ensure no-one else has booked the space.

Outside of Regular Business Hours

Members & non-profit organizations $50 / day

Non-members, businesses, or corporations $100 / day

Supervision outside of regular business hours $10 / hour

Rates are negotiable

On-site Food & Beverage Info:

The museum does not provide catering services, but outside food and beverages are permitted on the Main Floor and in the Children’s Legacy Centre with prior approval.

If you would like us to look after your catering needs for you, we’ll be happy to do so! Please note that we charge a small 10% gratuity on outside food and beverage orders that we coordinate to help cover staff & volunteer time!

Also note: we do not allow outside coffee or tea to be brought in, but will give you a deal on our Bean Coffee Corner drinks!!
